1. What sizes do your dresses come in?
We offer sizes ranging from 3-6M to 10Y. You can refer to our size chart for detailed measurements to find the perfect fit for your little one.
We can also make up to size 14Y upon request. please contact us at reikoclothingandco@gmail.com to discuss more.
2. What types of dresses do you sell?
Our collection includes a variety of styles such as tutu dresses, princess gowns, A-line frocks, and seasonal party dresses perfect for birthdays, weddings, and special occasions.
3. Do you have matching accessories?
Yes! We provide matching hairbands, bows, and shoes with selective designs to complete the look.

6. How long does shipping take?
our dresses are made to order and hence they take anywhere between 3-5 business weeks to be made.
if you are in urgent need of a dress, please contact us on instagram so we can provide you the list of dresses we have on-hand.
- AUS deliveries: 1-4 business weeks
- International deliveries: 3-5 business Weeks
7. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or text.
8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Absolutely! please email us at reikoclothinbgandco@gmail.com for any amendments.
Please note, we can only change anything from our side before we ship the dress. once we shipped your order, it is beyond our control.
9. What if the tag size is different from what I ordered?
The size displayed on the website will be converted to standard international size before the item is sold. If you find that the size you ordered is different from what is displayed on the website, don't worry. First, try it on and return it if the size does not match. (Please check the return policy.)
Returns and Exchanges
10. What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Please note that orders placed during the sale time are non-returnable unless faulty.

12. Are custom orders refundable?
Unfortunately, custom or personalised dresses are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect.

18. How do i ensure that i ordered the correct size?
Please make sure to have a look at our sizing chart before you place an order. our sizing chart is usually on the last of the images for every dress or at the footer menu.
